On October 1, 2026, Amb. Gela Bezhuashvili represented Strategy International as a speaker on discussion panels at the CAMCA Regional Forum in Baku, held under the theme “The World and CAMCA: A Region at the Crossroads.”
The CAMCA Regional Forum brought together regional and international leaders to discuss key challenges and opportunities facing Central Asia, the Caucasus, Mongolia, and Afghanistan. Under the theme “The World and CAMCA: A Region at the Crossroads,” the forum addressed issues including regional security, connectivity, education, innovation, and resilience. The event provided a platform for dialogue and cooperation among policymakers, business leaders, academics, and civil society representatives on strengthening regional partnerships and advancing shared interests.
Amb. Bezhuashvili participated in the CAMCA Roundtable, “Education for Innovation, Connectivity, and Regional Resilience” sharing his perspectives on education, innovation, connectivity, and regional resilience. Amb. Bezhuashvili serves as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the European School in Tbilisi, Chairman and CEO of the David Bezhuashvili Education Foundation, is a Member of the Board of Strategy International and Senior Consultant – Diplomatic Affairs, International Security.
