Celebrating Five Years of Strategy International

Five years ago, Strategy International (SI) was founded with a clear ambition: to bring research, policy, education, diplomacy and business together within one multidisciplinary international platform.

What began with online webinars during one of the most turbulent geopolitical periods in recent memory has evolved into an internationally engaged think tank and consulting organisation, headquartered in Cyprus and active across Europe, the Eastern Mediterranean, the Middle East, Africa and Asia.

Over the past five years, Strategy International has:

📌 Published 400+ policy papers and strategic analyses
📌 Delivered 30+ strategic events and executive forums
📌 Built a network of 100+ Fellows, Senior Fellows and Research Associates
📌 Developed partnerships with 25+ institutions across academia, government and industry
📌 Reached readers and viewers in 70+ countries
📌 Contributed to 1,000+ television, radio, podcast and media appearances

These achievements reflect far more than numbers. They represent five years of ideas, partnerships, dialogue, research and collective effort.

None of this would have been possible without our Advisory Board, Fellows, Research Associates, institutional partners, embassies, universities, public and private-sector collaborators, and the growing international community that continues to engage with our work.

To everyone who has contributed to this journey: thank you.

“Our first five years were about building Strategy International. Our next five years will be about building global impact.”
— Dr. Marios P. Efthymiopoulos, Director

As we mark this milestone, we also look ahead.

Here’s to the next five years of strategic dialogue, international cooperation, research and measurable global impact.
