Stephanie Laulhe Shaelou is a Professor of European Law and Reform and the Head of the School of Law at the University of Central Lancashire in Cyprus. She is the Director of the Jean Monnet Center of Excellence on the Rule of Law and European Values. Finally, she serves as Senior Consultant for European & International Law at Strategy International.
