Strategy International is seeking three highly organized and proactive individuals to support our team in the Assistant Administrator position, under the leadership of the company’s Executive Assistant. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative and communication functions, allowing our experts to focus on delivering high-impact research, strategy, and insights.

The following are some of the key responsibilities of the position(s):
1) Assist in drafting and editing reports, memos, and other written communications.
2) Manage internal and external correspondence, including emails and meeting coordination.
3) Provide administrative support such as scheduling, data entry, and document organization.
4) Coordinate logistics for events, workshops, and meetings.
5) Support research and document preparation for various projects.
6) Assist in liaising with clients, partners, and stakeholders as needed.
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills/ qualifications:
1) The candidate must have graduated from high school, preferably studying in post-secondary education in the fields of International Relations, Business Administration, and/ or social sciences.
2) Fluent in English, and a preference for candidates speaking Greek.
3) Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail.
4) Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
5) Effective communicator with the ability to interact professionally with various stakeholders.
6) Highly professional attitude and discretion are essential given our array of clients.
7) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and other productivity tools.
8) Prior experience in administrative, writing, or coordination roles is an asset.
9) Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
