Dr, Robert Cutler is a Fellow at the Canadian Global Affairs Institute and a Senior Fellow and Director of the Energy Security Program at the NATO Association of Canada. He’s also a Senior Consultant for Strategic Negotiations, Energy Security & Geo-economics at Strategy International as well as its Director of the Regional Strategic Affairs Program.
