Emmanouil (Manolis) Peponas is a Ph.D. Candidate at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Department of History and Archaeology. He holds a BA in History, a BA in Philosophy, and an MA in Modern and Contemporary History (University of Ioannina). He was awarded three scholarships for his academic excellence during his studies.
Since 2012, he has worked as a freelance author, researcher, and editor for remarkable institutions and companies. His research interests focus on the Balkans’ history.
