Mr Josef Demergis
is President of Strategy International.
He holds a BA(Hons) in International Relations & Strategic Studies from the University of Lancaster. He has obtained a Masters degree on War Studies from the War Studies Department, King’s College London.
He holds an MSc on E-Commerce from the University of Westminster.
He also holds an MRes on Environment Society and Politics from King’s College London. Mr Demergis has written a variety of articles on subjects mainly dealing with strategy, defence, foreign policy and the use of information technologies as a tool for mass diplomacy. He is a guest lecturer at various military and police schools .
His main research interests are the conduct of electronic foreign policy and the use of Information Technologies in formulating issues of military and political value.
He was also employed as a WTI expert of the Stability Pact for South-Eastern Europe Thessaloniki Office.

Dr. Marios Efthymiopoulos
holds a PhD from the University of Crete while a Scholar of the Alexander S. Onassis Foundation.
He is currently a guest lecturer at the University of Cyprus.
He is a graduate from the NATO Defence College (NADEFCOL), during his tenure as appointee by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Greece.
He holds a Masters Degree from the University of Vienna -The Diplomatic Academy of Vienna- in International Relations. He attended the MSc in Russian and Post-Soviet Studies at the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), and he also holds a BA (Hons) in International Relations and Politics by the University of Lincolnshire and Humberside. He has published numerous articles in Greece in relations to NATO policies and foreign policies of Greece.
He has also several publications in various countries, namely the UK, Australia, Italy. His research is concentrated on issues of strategic studies and international relations.
His latest book is titled -in Greek-: NATO's policies in the 21st century: The need for a renewed Security Concept and the ever lasting NATO-Russia Relations (Sakkoulas A.E Athens Thessaloniki -in Greek- Published date December 2008).
